Tip 1: Schedule periods each day that are designated as tech-free.
Tip 2: Do everything in person. Have human interaction, it is good for you.
Tip 3: Go outside. leave your phones and computers inside and go do something outdoors.
Tip 4: Don't fall asleep with your phone. If you sleep with your phone right next to you it'll give you the temptation to check social media platforms right before you go to sleep.
It's time to take back your free time. Remember that these sites are built to make money, not increase your productivity. Nobody is looking out for you except you. I'm not saying that we should completely stop using social media, but I'm suggesting that we should learn to control it. Controlling the usage of social media is the best possible solution not to get sucked into it, and making it control our lives.
